NUSA Coordination Meeting

NUSA Coordination Meeting will take place in Grand Hotel Salerno
(Lungomare Clemente Tafuri, 1, 84127 Salerno, Italy), Fisciano Campus. The event also involves visits to selected sport venues.

ARRIVAL DATE AND PLACE:

Arrival date: Monday, May 11, 2026

Official pick up points:

• Naples Capodichino International Airport https://www.aeroportodinapoli.it/en/
• Salerno Train Station

Upon your arrival at the airport, a representative from the Organising Committee will be present to greet you in the arrival hall. Please look for the EUSA banner / sign. From there, a dedicated shuttle bus will transport you to the hotel.

Departure date: Thursday May 14, 2026

On the day of departure, transportation from the official hotel to the official airport/Salerno train station will be organised.

Please be advised that no registrations will be accepted after the deadline.

Please note that NUSA has a limit of registering maximum two delegates for the NUSA Coordination Meeting.

FEES:

Single room: €500.00

Double room: €400.00 per person

To be paid to EUG 2026 Salerno by March 31, 2026.

ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING:

Participants of the NUSA Coordination Meeting will be accommodated at the Grand Hotel Salerno, ideally located in the heart of Salerno, offering beautiful views of the coastline and convenient access to the city’s main attractions.   

Check-in: From 14:00 onwards

 Check-out: 10:00 

Cancellation policy:

According to hotel policy, no reimbursement will be possible once the booking has been confirmed.
